The Michigan Collectors Consortium meets the second Wednesday of every month from 2-4 pm, Oct, Nov, Dec, Feb, Mar, and April.  Each of these sessions is at no cost.  With each meeting a guest speaker comes to make a presentation on collections related topics followed by a friendly and robust round table discussion among the attendees related to collection efforts such as sharing struggles and discussing ideas of what is working. In May we host a Collectors School which is an all day event and is put on with the help of the Michigan State Credit Union League.
